I know I don't post a lot, but I won't be posting much on my social media. This week my husband and I have to get ready to travel to Tennessee, to officially say goodbye to my Papaw. Papaw passed away this past weekend and everyone is trying hard to hold it together. Papaw was one of those people, that he usually kept to himself and was quiet. However when he did speak, there was something to learn. He was highly respected in my family. Papaw didn't take no crap. He encouraged all of us, grandkids and parents, to chase our dreams.
My last conversation with Papaw, was just last week. I told him that Ashton was chasing a dream and he said that he wished Ashton luck. That he was proud for Ashton's choices. I told him how much I missed him. That I was glad he and Mamaw were going to Georgia. He told me not to work too hard. Which I try not too.
I never in my life, thought that that would be our last conversation. I was even planning on calling him again soon.
As I draw this post to a close, remember that family is more important than anything else.
Until next time, my dragons.
Until next time, my dragons.
Jenny
