On Sunday, my husband and I got up early and drove 1.5 hours. Why? Because we got a puppy.

Get to Know Me Tag

Get to Know Me Tag

I came across of this tag on DayDreamersThoughts Blog and thought this would be a fun thing to do!

Books

Can you stop reading at any time, or does it have to be a certain page or chapter?
prefer to finish reading at the end of a chapter. But, when you work a lot, like me, you learn to stop where you can.
Do you eat or drink anything whilst reading?
Not really no. If i drink something, it is coffee.
Can you read listening to music or watching tv?
Not TV. I can read with music in the background. I've learned to tune things out over the years.
One book at a time or several at once?
I prefer one at a time. But on occasion I will have two books sent to me by authors, to read. Like this month I have two i am working on.
Reading at home or everywhere?
Everywhere! Reading at home has now become a little difficult, have too much going on at the house.
Reading out loud or in your head?
In my head for sure.
Do you read ahead or skip pages?
I use to. But now I can't get myself to do that.
Breaking the spine or keeping it new?
I prefer to keep it new. But I find the mass market paperbacks are hard to read without breaking the spine.
Do you write books or just read them?
At the moment, just read but I would love to write one, one day.
Five favorite books:
I can't decide on 5 individual books. So here are 5 series/trilogies that are my favorite.
Article 5 Trilogy by Kristen Simmons
Configured Trilogy by Jenetta Penner
A Saratoga Love Story series by Lindsey Pouge
Elixir by Ted Galdi (stand alone)
After trilogy by William R. Forstchen
The last book that you read?
I’m currently reading Gemini by Sonya Mukherjee and Dust and Shadow by Lindsey Pouge

Angel's Blood by Nalini Singh

Title: Angel's Blood
Author: Nalini Singh
Series Title: Guild Hunter
Published: January 1, 2006
Pages: 339
Format: Mass Market Paperback
Source: Self Purchaced

Summary:
Vampire hunter Elena Deveraux knows she is the best- but she does not know if even she is good enough for this job. Hired by the dangerously beautiful archangel Raphael, a being so lethal that no mortal wants his attention, Elena knows failure is not an option—even if the task is impossible.

Because this time, it's not a wayward vamp she has to track. It's an archangel gone bad.

The job will put Elena in the midst of a killing spree like no other—and pull her to the razor's edge of passion. Even if the hunt does not destroy her, succumbing to Raphael’s seductive touch just might. For when archangels play, mortals break.
